Ingredients

  • 5 ounces ground round
  • 4 ounces ground veal
  • 1/4 cup frozen egg substitute, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of salt
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Preparation

  1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 2 (5 1/2-inch) loaves. Place loaves on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup over each loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
