5 ounces ground round
4 ounces ground veal
1/4 cup frozen egg substitute, thawed
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons ketchup


Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 2 (5 1/2-inch) loaves. Place loaves on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup over each loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
