Indian-Style Grilled CHicken

  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) coriander
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garam masala
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 cup(s) hot sauce
  • 3/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 8 chicken thighs, bone in


  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl and stir until blended. Add chicken, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours.
  2. 2. Prepare grill.
  3. 3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a platter. Discard the marinade. Grill each side down 6 to 8 minutes.
