This was a great, fast dinner. My husband loved it and we both ate the leftovers for dinner the next day. Instead of eating the pita on the side, we ate the chicken and tomato as a pita sandwich.

This just might be my new CL favorite! Flavorful without being spicy... every bite a pleasure. I made according to the recipe, but doubled the chutney as recommended by others. As it was, every bite got eaten. Also grilled the chicken in the George Foreman, as suggested-- worked out really well. Enough effort to make you feel like you've accomplished something, but really fairly quick and easy. I'm already thinking of guests who will enjoy it!

This is a very tasty and easy to make meal. I have made it several times, but I think next time I'll reduce the sugar to 3/4 T. It was just a little too much. I didn't have the serrano pepper this most recent time, but I still liked the dish. Also, no grill at home, so I cooked the chicken on the stovetop. Very tasty & can't wait to eat the leftovers tonight!

I adapted this heavily using less expensive skinless chicken quarters and grilling it outside. http://www.dishoverdinner.com/2014/09/indian-spiced-chicken-with-tomato.html
