This is such and easy throw together and if you are a coconut lover this will be an easy favorite, and ,,,,you don't even need to make a crust....Yay

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup(s) biscuick (No subs)
  • 2 cup(s) whole or 2% milk
  • 1 cup(s) flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350

Grease a 9 " pie plate

whisk all the ingredients together until well blended

pour into prepared pie plate and bake for 50 -55 minutes
