This is such and easy throw together and if you are a coconut lover this will be an easy favorite, and ,,,,you don't even need to make a crust....Yay

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) biscuick (No subs)
- 2 cup(s) whole or 2% milk
- 1 cup(s) flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 4 eggs
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease a 9 " pie plate
- whisk all the ingredients together until well blended
- pour into prepared pie plate and bake for 50 -55 minutes
