Icy Tropical Smoothies

Have you ever read the nutritional content on a smoothie? It's packed with sugar. Here's one that's better. Put frozen fruit straight into the blender. It acts like ice. Serve with a Scrambled Egg and Cheese Bagel for a filling breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened whole organic strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen organic pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen organic mango

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
