  • 6 to 8 tsp. fresh lemon juice

How to Make It

  1. Beat together powdered sugar, butter, and 6 tsp. lemon juice at medium speed with an electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes or until spreading consistency, adding up to 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. at a time, if necessary.
