How to Make It

Step 1

Coat 2 (4- x 2 1/2- x 1 1/4-inch) loafpans with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2

Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine egg substitute, water, oil, and vanilla, stirring well with a wire whisk. Stir in banana. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

Step 3

Combine powdered sugar, Neufcha@Gtel cheese, and milk, stirring well. Spread evenly over tops of cakes.
