Icebox Cheesecake

This is the most requested dessert in our home by my berry lovin' husband and son. It is a sure hit, and a great way to showcase summer berries!

This was really airy and tasty. I didn' have any liqueur in my liquor cabinet so I used orange juice instead and it worked wonderfully. I was in a hurry too so I used a store bought graham cracker crust. The glaze is the best part.

Fantastic summer dessert. Easy to make and was a huge hit! Was all gone in about 10 minutes!! Will definitely make again and again! :)

We loved this cheesecake. I used an already made crust and assorted frozen fruit. It was simple and very tasty. And we also loved the glaze. I will be making this again!
