  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk (1%)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 4 cups preshredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced trimmed snow peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Combine lettuce, snow peas, and celery in a large bowl; add dressing, and toss.
