- 1/4 cup sliced cranberries
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 10 mint leaves, torn into pieces
- 2 (8.4-oz.) cans sparkling cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Place cranberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves in a 4-cup ring mold. Combine sparkling cranberry juice and water. Pour into mold; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
