1/4 cup sliced cranberries
1/2 lemon, sliced
10 mint leaves, torn into pieces
2 (8.4-oz.) cans sparkling cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups water
Place cranberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves in a 4-cup ring mold. Combine sparkling cranberry juice and water. Pour into mold; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
