Ice Cream Treasures

this is way better than I ever expected. SSSOOOOOO Yummy. It is going in my 5 star make again and I actually will be making it again tomorrow for thanksgiving!

This is so easy to make and I am always looking for desserts that can be made ahead of time and forgotten until it's time to serve. At our last dinner party everyone wanted the recipe!

I thought this would be way too healthy tasting, but it was great. When I make it again, I will use 5 heath bars instead of worrying about the 6 oz. I would also crush the Cheerios, as they looked a little out of place. And I think it might be good with honey drizzled lightly on top. I served it to retirees, and received lots of complements.

One of the ladies in our Cooking Light group made this last night and it got RAVE reviews. I will definitely be making this one.
