  • 1 box graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1 pkg. dates (chopped)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 qt. chopped pecans


  1. mix all ingredients until well moistened
  2. form 2 logs and roll in coconut

  3. refrigerate overnight

  4. slice and serve
  5. will keep for several weeks in refrigerator
