How to Make It
Prep time: 20 min.
Baking time: 15-18 min.
Decoration time: 5 min.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a regular muffin tin with cupcake paper.
Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cookie mixture into the bottom of each cup. Press to make an even layer. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Spoon 1/2 cup of the batter into the plastic bag. Set aside.
Tint the remaining cheesecake batter pink.
Fold 1 1/2 cups of M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day into the tinted cheesecake batter. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups.
Snip a very small corner of the plastic bag with plain batter. Pipe small dots on top of the tinted batter.
Bake until almost set, about 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool in pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Dot cheesecakes with the remaining M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day.
