I Love Cheesecake

Yield 12 cakes

  • 1 bag M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • Red food coloring
  • 1 cup ground chocolate wafers
  • 12 large cupcake papers
  • Large cupcake pan
  • Resealable plastic bag

How to Make It

  1. Prep time: 20 min.
    Baking time: 15-18 min.
    Decoration time: 5 min.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a regular muffin tin with cupcake paper.

  3. Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cookie mixture into the bottom of each cup. Press to make an even layer. Set aside.

  4. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Spoon 1/2 cup of the batter into the plastic bag. Set aside.

  6. Tint the remaining cheesecake batter pink.

  7. Fold 1 1/2 cups of M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day into the tinted cheesecake batter. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups.

  8. Snip a very small corner of the plastic bag with plain batter. Pipe small dots on top of the tinted batter.

  9. Bake until almost set, about 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool in pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  10. Dot cheesecakes with the remaining M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day.

  11. In a hurry? Use the cheesecake mix available in your grocery store.
