This was one of my faves growing up but probably could be adjusted to be a little more flavorful. In addition to the regular ingredients I'd probably add fresh tomatoes, celery, maybe some smokey paprika.

- 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 clove(s) Garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 8 ounce(s) Tomato Sauce
- 14 ounce(s) Stewed Tomatoes
- Elbow Macaroni cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown beef with onion, pepper and garlic (and other veg if you like). Add ground beef mixture to deep casserole dish with a slotted spoon to let the fat drain away. Add stewed tomatoes (with the juice), tomato sauce and elbow mac (for desired consistency). Cook at 325 for 25 minuets. Serve with grated cheese.
