- 2 tablespoon(s) tahini
- 1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
- 4 clove(s) fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- Put all ingredients in a Food Processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust (lemon, garlic, water).
- Add salt, to taste.
