Ingredients

1/4 cup diced cucumber, peeled if desired
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Classic Hummus
1 6-inch whole-wheat pita, cut in half and gently opened

Preparation

In a small bowl, toss vegetables and cheese with oil, vinegar and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Spread hummus evenly in pita halves and fill halves with vegetable mixture.
