- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Kosher or sea salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika or coriander
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne
- Put chick peas, garlic, and olive oil in food processor and process until smooth or desired consistency. Add other ingredients to suit taste and consistency.
