Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) chick peas
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Kosher or sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika or coriander
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne

Preparation

  1. Put chick peas, garlic, and olive oil in food processor and process until smooth or desired consistency. Add other ingredients to suit taste and consistency.
