Good with carrot sticks, celery and sm green,yellow,red peppers! Healthy and good!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Canned Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/3 cup(s) Tahini
  • 1/4 cup(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch(s) Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Minced Fresh Parsley

Preparation

  1. Place the Garbanzo Beans, Tahini, Lemon Juice, Salt and Garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Drizzle Olive Oil over the Garbanzo Bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. I put it all in food processor and mix.....
