Hummingbird Cake Shake

As the most requested recipe in Southern Living history, the Hummingbird Cake is a staple for southern flair and charm. We decided to put our own spin on the iconic dessert by shaking it up. Now you can enjoy the classic pecan, pineapple, and banana flavors in a shake! Southern never tasted so good.


  • 3 scoops butter pecan ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Rim with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans
  • Garnish with whipped cream and chopped pecans, if desired

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Rim glass with frosting and chopped pecans. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as desired with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
