Huckleberry Skillet Cobbler

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I served this cobbler after a fun outdoor feast that centered around smoked chicken halves. Something SO fun about bringing the large 12 inch cast iron skillet to our patio table for serving. Everyone went wild over this cobbler, albeit that I chose to do blueberries. As the recipe stated....leftovers were ummmazing for breakfast the next morning. I loved the substantial crust to filling ratio.
