Ingredients
- 3 quart(s) boiling water
- 3 1-quart tea bags
- 1 2-inch stick cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) whole cloves
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) orange juice
- 1/4 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
- Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Discard bags.
- Combine tea, spices, sugar and juices in a large Dutch oven. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Discard spices.
