Yield about 2 1/2 cups


  • 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 (3-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process on medium speed until smooth. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
