Hot Sauce

3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 (3-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process on medium speed until smooth. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
