Ingredients

  • 2 cups minced red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup minced jalapeño peppers (about 5 large)
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Serve with pork and Feijoada.
