Ingredients
- 2 cups minced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup minced jalapeño peppers (about 5 large)
- 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Serve with pork and Feijoada.
