I omitted the bourbon (personal preference) but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. This is just *wonderful* on a cold, snowy night like we've had lately in Chicago. I made it last week for a tree-trimming party with our best friends, and have it on the stove right now while I make dinner. I've been looking for a good recipe since we used up our Williams Sonoma mulling spices, and this is perfect! Make it! You won't be disappointed. :)
Hot Mulled Wine
A choice sipper on a cold night, this beverage is also good chilled with a fresh orange slice for garnish.
