Hot Crab Dip

    Been making this for years, and love it. (Hint -Costco has great crab!). I usually add artichoke hearts and always use Old Bay or other robust seafood seasoning. I make it in a 2-quart Le Creuset pot, and it's fantastic!

    I LOVED this and so did my friends and family that I made it for. I am in no way a cottage cheese fan, but you CANNOT TELL there is cottage cheese in this! I made mine the night before and just popped it into the over to heat through the next day. I will ABSOLUTELY be making this again!

    This is really good. I used flavored cream cheese (with onion and chives) and skipped the grated fresh onion. For weight watchers, the 1/4 cup serving is 2 points, and it is good on those thin bagels that are 1 point each. The review by tmj6807 confuses me though. I didn't see any cottage cheese in this recipe. Am I crazy?

    We thought this was a little boring, despite all the tasty ingredients (I even added Old Bay). Served with a fresh baguette.
