- 3 cups instant powdered milk
- 2 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
- Sift all ingredients except marshmallows into a bowl. Whisk to combine.
