Hot Chocolate Sauce
This easy hot chocolate sauce comes together in about 10 minutes and transforms any dessert from good to great.
This recipe goes with Chocolate Clementine Cake with Hot Chocolate Sauce
- 2 (3.5-ounce) bars bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons orange liqueur**
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Stir together all ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until smooth.
