Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) Cooked chicken chunks
- 2 cup(s) Celery, diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 3/4 pound(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup(s) corn flakes
- 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) dry vermouth
Preparation
- Pour vermouth over mixture of first 7 ingredients. Let stand atleast 30 min. Spoon into buttered 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with corn flakes and cheese. Bake 30 min. at 350.
