Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) Cooked chicken chunks
  • 2 cup(s) Celery, diced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 3/4 pound(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) dry vermouth

Preparation

  1. Pour vermouth over mixture of first 7 ingredients. Let stand atleast 30 min. Spoon into buttered 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with corn flakes and cheese. Bake 30 min. at 350.
