Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) Cooked chicken chopped
  • 3 can(s) Cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • 3 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 2 cup(s) Celery chopped fine
  • 2 cup(s) Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 2 cup(s) Corn flakes crushed
  • 1/2 cup(s) Butter melted

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes. Top with corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Any left-overs may be served cold or as sandwich filling.
