Hot Berry Lemon Toddy
To make more than a single serving, combine ingredients in a pan and heat until steaming, then add brandy and ladle into mugs.

Ingredients
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 lemon slice, about 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup thawed frozen raspberry-lemonade concentrate
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon raspberrry-flavor syrup
- 2 tablespoons brandy or rum (optional)
Preparation
- Stick cloves into peel of lemon slice. Put raspberry-lemonade concentrate in a microwave-safe mug (8 to 10 oz.); add 2/3 cup water, lemon slice, honey, and raspberry syrup. Heat in a microwave oven on full power (100%) until steaming, about 1 minute. Add brandy, stir, and serve.
