1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives
4 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Garnish: sliced fresh chives
1. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
