3 pounds cooked and quartered baby red potatoes
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horseradish
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Stir together potatoes, sour cream, onion, chives, mayonnaise, and horseradish. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste just before serving.
