Makes 1/2 cup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Stir together mayonnaise, horseradish, chopped fresh chives, lemon juice, and pepper. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
