Horseradish Crème Fraîche

This recipe goes with Potato Pancakes with Smoked Trout, Horseradish Crème Fraîche, and Golden Beet Relish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
