Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons prepared English mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Beat whipping cream at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in chives and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Prime Rib.
