Horseradish Cole Slaw

Ingredients

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 large cabbage, shredded
2 large carrots, grated

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Toss together cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and chill.
