Horchata is a cinnamon-laced drink based on traditional agua frescas of Mexico and Guatemala. A frozen banana whirred up with the vanilla-flavored milk base creates a delicious shake.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 cups original rice milk
1 cup frozen sliced ripe banana (about 1 large banana)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; fill remainder of blender container with ice. Process until smooth.
