Worthy of a Special Occasion

I've made this for several dinner party desserts. It is easy and very unique. Also a good way to use up mangoes.

I thought this simple recipe was incredibly delicious. Had clear rum in hand, so that's what I used, and it turned out great. Husband was less than thrilled with it, but he's not as crazy about mangoes as I am.
