  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups fresh grapefruit sections
  • 4 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons flaked coconut, toasted


  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  2. Combine grapefruit sections and orange slices in a medium bowl. Drizzle honey mixture over fruit; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle fruit mixture with coconut.
