Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
- 2 cups strawberry halves
- 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 3 tablespoons low-sugar orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
- Combine honeydew and strawberries in a bowl.
- Combine orange juice, marmalade, and honey in a small bowl. Pour over honeydew mixture; toss gently to coat. Spoon evenly into each of 4 individual fruit cups.
Note: Wash strawberries first, then pull the caps off and cut the berries in half so you won't rinse away the sweet juice. For the best flavor,wash and prepare the berries right before serving.
