Honeydew melon, naturally low in calories, is a good source of vitamin C and potassium. A touch of sea salt boosts the melon's flavor.

  • 1 cup unsweetened white grape juice, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 large limes)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 2 cups (1-inch) cubed honeydew melon, frozen
  • Ice
  • 1 1/3 cups club soda, chilled
  • Fresh lime slices (optional)


  1. 1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Remove center piece of blender lid; secure blender lid on blender. With blender on, drop melon cubes, 1 to 2 at a time, through lid. Process until smooth.
  2. 2. Fill 4 glasses with ice. Pour 3/4 cup honeydew mixture over ice in each glass; add 1/3 cup club soda to each glass. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
