This is on of the best bread recipes out there if you ask me...The rolls always turn out just right. I don't do the triple rise just double. I mix all the flour in the first go around let rise and then cut into rolls and rise and then bake..I also cut the butter in less than half and they turn out so light and airy....So good.

These are time consuming, but not at all hard to make. They got rave reviews!

These rolls are so easy to make and taste absolutely delicious! They are airy and the flavors from the butter and honey are incredible. Read my full review at: http://imapretendchef.blogspot.com/2011/01/honey-yeast-rolls.html

Extremely easy and great rolls. I made these for Easter dinner for friends and it was a big success with lots of people asking for the recipe. Thank you

I made these last year for Thanksgiving and am making them again this year. A great old fashioned roll. Sweet but not too sweet.

Easy, but time consuming. Made for Easter lunch this year and received rave reviews. Will make again but will remember the 3 separate 1 hour rise times! Also, I only had three 9-inch cake pans so I substituted a pie pan for the fourth cake pan without any difficulty.

Ok... I just finished eating my first, of what will likely be many, of these. They are delicious. Took some time, but I felt like baking, which takes time. I am happy with ths recipe and cannot think of a change that I would or should make! Thanks!!!

the dough was excellent to work with, light and very rich. the finished product needs a little more salt, other than that, the end texture and flavor are wonderful.

How come mine didn't turn out light and fluffy??
