  • 3 ounces Feta cheese, in one block
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey (preferably lavender)
  • Lavender blossoms (optional)*
  • 1/4 cup whole pecans


  1. Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the lavender blossoms, if using, and pecans.
  2. *Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use.
