How to Make It

Stir together mint, honey, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and boil 1 minute or until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat, and let stand 30 minutes. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer into a cruet or airtight container, discarding mint leaves. Cover and chill 4 hours. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
