Honey-Nut Spread

Yield Makes 1 1/4 cups


  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup honey

How to Make It

  1. Process 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted, in a food processor until coarsely ground. Add 1 cup butter, softened, and 1/2 cup honey; pulse 5 to 6 times or until blended. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving. Serve with bagels or toast.
