Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's® Deli Mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch salt
- 4 4 salmon fillets or steaks (about 1 lb.)
Preparation
- 1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 of mayonnaise mixture.
2. Grill or broil salmon, brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture, turning once, until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve salmon with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped green onions.
